EasiWall™

A  Ground Floor Investment Opportunity…

With a proven track record dating back to 1947, EasiWall is ready to enter the U.S. building materials market. Although it has been produced and used in more than 40 countries worldwide for many years, it has been used on a limited basis in the America.
Pierce Enterprises, Inc. (PEI) began importing EasiWall into the U.S. in the mid 1990s to satisfy the demand of certain architects and contractors who had learned of the product through their travels and networking. Since PEI had established a contractual relationship with Stramit Industries Ltd. (Stramit) of England, it became the sole source through which EasiWall could be ordered. Recognized worldwide as the originator of the compressed straw panels, Stramit held the exclusive rights to the EasiWall technology along with the test data supporting the building material.
EasiWall has been used in cluster home construction in Austin, TX and custom home construction in Rancho Mirage, CA and Savannah, GA. It has also been used in commercial applications in Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA. A high school in Nebraska was constructed exclusively of EasiWall. It has also been used in numerous business buildings around the U.S. What with the popularity of the ‘green’ movement in our society, EasiWall’s characteristics naturally qualify it to be positioned at the very top of the “alternative ‘green’ building material list. (Such features include its fire resistance, structural integrity and noise reduction characteristics.)
Due to the rising freight costs, coupled with a growing demand for EasiWall from the construction professionals, PEI decided it is best to erect plants in the U.S. in which EasiWall can be produced to meet the needs of a growing market.
EasiWall USA, Inc. (EASI) was incorporated to identify rural areas around the U.S. that are near wheat producing farms (wheat straw is the preferred raw material used in the manufacturing of EasiWall). These plants would serve many economic and environmental purposes. They would introduce new jobs into the rural towns. The farmers would have a market to which they could sell their surplus straw. Other businesses such as modular home manufacturers and office partition suppliers have expressed interest in locating plants near the EasiWall facilities.
EASI has announced the sale of “Founder’s Stock” to investors to raise funds to cover the costs of erecting the first plants and the purchase of the equipment used in the plants. With such an opportunity in which to invest in a product that has already been recognized for its numerous features, investors will note that they are entering into a growth industry while on the “ground floor”.

STATUS REPORT ON EASIWALL USA, INC.

EASIWALL USA, Inc. (EASI) was formed for the purpose of building   factories in wheat growing areas in North America to produce and sell “green building” materials made from wheat straw. Factories of the type envisioned by EASI have been operated successfully in many countries for more than half a century. Over the last year EASI has discussed its objectives with a number of potential partners in wheat growing states: Washington, Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, Mississippi, and Utah and is now engaged in more detailed discussions with several towns and counties where straw panel production is most likely to be an economic success. Wheat growers are amongst the likely investors in such ventures.

EASI believes that these “green building “ materials will improve the quality of commercial and residential buildings, will add to the energy conservation qualities of such buildings , and will reduce the cost of construction and the amount of wood products used. Indeed the high cost of lumber and its poor quality have drawn  attention to the need to substitute other materials to replace traditional “stick frame” construction.

EASI and related companies, Pierce Enterprises Inc.(PE) and EasiStructures of Colorado (ESC) will provide a machine with favorable financing choices and will assist  in managing the early capitalization stages of project development. EASI, local investors, local and related businesses and other interested parties will constitute founding investors in the selected community followed by a private offering to provide for the initial stages of financing and development. During these stages applications will be filed for erecting a building, obtaining value added grants, SB loans where available and procuring the machine by
